Personal Information Collected

When the customer uses our services, Yamina Tours LLC may collect and hold personal information whereby necessary such as:

  • your name, date of birth, gender, postal address, telephone number, email address, passport details, medical information and travel insurance details (where applicable).
  • details of the products and services you have purchased from us or which you have inquired about, together with any additional information necessary to deliver those products and services and to respond to your inquiries.
  • any additional information relating to you that you or a third party has provided to us directly or indirectly through our partners phone inquiry lines, websites, online presence, customer surveys.
  • Where required we may share this information about you to third parties including but not limited to airlines, hotels, car rental companies, rail operators, and insurance companies.

If you visit our website or use our applications, we may also collect information that is not personal information to improve the experience for our customers. This information may include the pages you visit, your IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your visit. We cannot identify you individually from this information. Some of this information is collected using cookies.

When you are travelling with us, we may take videos and photos of you that may be used in brochures, in our advertising, marketing or on our website. All participants of Yamina Tours LLC voyages authorize us to use their photograph, videotape, film or pictorial representation or recorded voice). If you disagree with this policy, please notify us in writing.

Booking Terms


All prices are given at the bottom of each tour package detailing what is included or not included. Prices are always given per one person. Children under 12 years will be qualified for a 25% discount.


Booking a tour with Yamina Tours LLC can be made via phone, email, website’s contact form or third party partners.


After we confirm your tour of choice in writing, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required. Deposit payments can be made by electronic payment, bank wire transfer or by credit card via PayPal. Details of how to pay the deposit will be sent to you in writing when we confirm availability. All the bookings are secured after we receive the initial deposit. The remainder of the total amount, must be handed to the driver upon your arrival.


Cancellation by client

A written cancelation request is required should you change your plans. Upon receipt of your cancelation request, the following charges will be applied:

  • Less than 6 weeks: 30% of the total cost.
  • Less than 2 weeks: 50% of the total cost.
  • Less than 1 week: 80% of the total cost.
  • Less than 4 days: 100% of the total cost.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help in case of contingencies.

Cancellation / alterations by us

In the case of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (i.e weather conditions) we may need to make changes to your confirmed tour package. Yamina Tours LLC staff will immediately notify you in writing. We will make sure to minimize the changes to the original itinerary as possible. In force majeure, we will be obliged to cancel the whole tour and refund you the total amount minus any fees already incurred by us.


Accommodations can vary in quality from country to another. Hotels, riads, and guesthouses are booked according to availability. Where possible, we’ll inform you of a variety of choices, including upgrades requiring any additional fees.

Special requests

Please inform us at the time of booking about any special needs such as dietary, beds size, and any hotel upgrades. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Your responsibilities

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether her/his local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling outside of the USA. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. Yamina Tours LLC strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour; including the loss of deposits through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined


Yamina Tours LLC is not liable for any flight booking as is not part of the tour package deal.

Illness and/or Disability

A written notification is required in case of any illness or disability that may affect your ability to partake in your chosen tour.

Personal Property

Yamina Tours LLC is not liable of any of your personal property and/or travel documents during the tour.


We take complaints very seriously. Hence we ask that you report any complaints to the travel advisor immediately so he/she can take action and rectify the matter. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, a written complaint should be sent to our office within 30 days.
